Carrot Curry Vinaigrette

Do you think salads are boring? If so, you clearly never topped your leafy greens with carrot-curry vinaigrette made fresh with this PRØHBTD recipe. The secret ingredient is cannabis-infused Toasted Coconut Oil, which can also be made at home with the recipe found here.  

EQUIPMENT:

Large Glass Bowl
Large Whisk or Blender
Measuring Cup

INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup of Fresh Carrot Juice
1 Teaspoon of Curry Powder
2 oz of Apple Cider Vinegar
2 oz of Fresh Lime Juice
2 oz of Fresh Lemon Juice
2 oz of Grapeseed Oil
Toasted Coconut Oil

Combine the carrot juice into the glass bowl and then add the curry powder, apple cider vinegar, lime juice and lemon juice. Start to whisk (or blend) the juices and slowly add the Toasted Coconut Oil and then the grapeseed oil. Continue to whisk until all the ingredients blend together, and the vinaigrette is ready. Pour over kale and whatever leafy vegetable you prefer.
