In the series premiere of Edibles, host Birdie Harrelson visits Cake Monkey, the famed L.A. bake shop started by former television producer Lisa J. Olin (Roswell). Birdie, a pastry chef herself, explores the shop's famous reinventions of childhood treats and experiences a creative culinary spark. Back in the PRØHBTD kitchen, Birdie gathers first-rate ingredients such as locally sourced eggs, farmer's market raspberries and infused Défoncé chocolate with 66 percent single-origin cacao.
