Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy:

At this time PRØ orders are only available to ship to the United States. Please note all orders are shipped via USPS or UPS based on the weight of your package and method selected (First Class, Priority or Priority Mail Express). Each customer will receive an email notification with related tracking information upon the order being shipped.  

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged or defective product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receipt by writing to or reaching out to customer service via Live Chat via the hours of 9am to 8pm EST. You will need to provide detailed information (including images) for any product damaged during shipping within that timeframe.

If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the full purchase price within 7 days of purchase.  Please submit this request by writing to Refunds are given in our sole and absolute discretion, and you will be responsible for returning the product to us and paying for the return shipping costs. Limit one refund per customer or address.

Any product noted “Final Sale” on the product page will not be returnable unless it arrived damaged or otherwise due to our error.

I just placed an order, can I modify or cancel it?

Yes please contact or connect to a live customer support specialist Monday through Friday 9am – 8pm EST to modify or cancel an order. PRØ kindly request if you need to modify or cancel an order to do so within two hours of placing your order so that the order will not be fulfilled.

Is there a warranty?

All products come with usage instructions and a warranty. Please note PRØ offers various products from multiple vendors and each product will have its own unique warranty.

What is the best way to clean the product?

We have a variety of products that need to be kept to maintain the optimum functionality. We recommend Grunge Off or 420 wipes for cleaning Glass, Grinders and Vaporizers. Please note all products come with manuals that offer cleaning instructions per product.

What should you do if your glass arrives broken (something broke during shipping)? Do not use the glass. Contact our Support team right away via Live Chat or email and we will send you a return shipping label. As soon as we receive the broken glass we will send you a replacement at no additional cost to you. 

What should you do if your glass breaks under normal use within the first 5 days?
