Magical Popcorn Balls
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 Minutes
- ¼ cup MagicalButter
- 2 ½ cup confectioner’s sugar
- 1 cup marshmallows
- ¾ cup light corn syrup
- 2 tsp cold water
- 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste
- 10 cup plain popped popcorn
- In a saucepan over medium heat add all of the ingredients, except the popcorn
- Bring to a boil stirring constantly
- Carefully pour the mixture over the popped popcorn
- Stir thoroughly to coat each kernel
- Let cool for 5 minutes
- Grease hands with oil and quickly form the popcorn into palm-sized balls
